More about the Daughters
The Order of the Daughters of Isabella is a charitable organization of Catholic women founded on the principle of its motto: UNITY, FRIENDSHIP, and CHARITY.
What we offer to our members:
Spiritual support. Members participate in retreats, Masses, novenas, and other activities to foster a deeper relationship with God and with other Christians. Members also receive a plenary indulgence and are remembered in Masses and novenas for the Order.
Friendship. Members share their talents and experiences, support one another in times of crisis, and celebrate joyful moments in their lives.
Charitable works. Through their fundraising efforts, members support churches, schools, scholarships, seminaries, missions, "right-to-life" projects, and other charitable causes. Members are involved in the respect life apostolate and the support of women, in many civic and cultural projects.
If you are a Catholic woman (age 16 or older) in Townsend, Ashby, Dunstable, Pepperell, or Groton, please consider joining Mother Teresa Circle #1442 (our local group). Kindly e-mail motherteresacircle@gmail.com.
